據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟信息網(wǎng)消息，2025年4月11日，芬蘭Nokia Technologies Oy、芬蘭Nokia Corporation根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定具有視頻功能的筆記本電腦、臺式計算機、手持式計算機、平板電腦、電視、投影儀及其組件和模塊（Certain Video-Capable Laptop, Desktop Computers, Handheld Computers, Tablets, Televisions, Projectors, and Components and Modules Thereof）違反了美國337條款。
美國Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、中國臺灣地區(qū)Acer Inc. of Taiwan、中國臺灣地區(qū)ASUSTeK Computer Inc. of Taiwan、美國ASUS Computer International of Fremont, CA、中國山東Hisense Co., Ltd. of China、美國Hisense USA Corporation of Suwanee, GA、美國Hisense Electronics Manufacturing Company of America Corporation of Suwanee, GA為列名被告。
